Recently I’ve catered for sparkling events for Amanda Wakeley, Vacheron, Inflexion Private Equity, The Spectator, as well as a range of private clients.

Sweetapple was my great grandmother’s maiden name, and for me it conjures up the kind of food that I am passionate about: simple, seasonal and vibrant – cooked to perfection with the best of ingredients.
