Rachel is, for our money, the best young chef in London. At the Spectator we’re blessed with a kitchen and a boardroom, and like to make good use of it. We’ve had Kofi Annan, the Governor of the Bank of England and the former president of France - people who are used to the finest menus. It’s rare that any of the guests leaves without complimenting the exceptional quality of the food. And when Spectator staff need outside catering themselves - anything from birthdays to baptisms - we know better than to try anyone else.
