What we do

Bespoke menus—

I take great pride in my menus, continually updating them with the best of the season’s ingredients along with developing new dishes. I can also tailor menus just for you – through finding out what your guests like to eat (and don’t), adapting menus for food allergies and intolerances, and above all ensuring that the food we produce is perfect for the venue and occasion.

Planning, cooking & delivery—

Food is prepared here in my kitchen in Hornsey, near Crouch End. We can either deliver everything ready for you to make the final touches and then enjoy with your guests. Or go full service with waiting staff and a chef to finish the food, serve & clear up.

Fabulous front of house—
My regular team of highly experienced & frankly utterly lovely waiting staff ensure every event runs smoothly and with aplomb. For big events, we like to do a site visit to check out the venue & go through every detail with you, it’s an invaluable part of the process.
